All payments made to Digital Vyapar World are generally non-refundable. Since we provide customized digital services, software development, consulting, and marketing solutions, resources are allocated immediately after project confirmation.

3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
No refund will be provided under the following situations:
- Project has already started.
- Website design has been approved.
- Development work has commenced.
- SEO work has started.
- Google Ads campaign has been launched.
- Social Media campaigns have been initiated.
- Domain registration has been completed.
- Hosting account has been activated.
- Source code has been delivered.
- Website has been delivered or made live.
- Digital products have been downloaded.
- Delay caused by the client.
- Client changes project requirements after approval.
- Third-party service fees have already been paid.
4. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Payment processed multiple times.
- Project has not been started within the agreed timeline due solely to our fault.
- Digital Vyapar World is unable to deliver the agreed service.
Approved refunds will be processed after management verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before project work begins.
Once project planning, UI design, coding, development, content creation, testing, SEO implementation, or advertising work has started, cancellation requests will generally not qualify for any refund.
6. Domain & Hosting
Domain registration fees and hosting charges are completely non-refundable because they are purchased from third-party providers.
7. Google Ads & Marketing Budget
Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, YouTube, or any third-party advertising platform cannot be refunded once campaigns have been activated.
8. SEO Services
SEO is an ongoing process and ranking improvements depend upon multiple search engine factors beyond our direct control.
Therefore, payments made for SEO services are non-refundable after work has commenced.
9. Website & Software Development
Website and software development projects involve extensive planning, research, UI/UX design, programming, testing, and quality assurance. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
10. Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7 to 15 business days using the original payment method.
11. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete project requirements.
- Share content and images on time.
- Approve work within agreed timelines.
- Make milestone payments as scheduled.
- Maintain clear communication during the project.
